A rubber chicken. Should you distrust people who play with rubber chickens at work? Why and where are rubber chickens used? Rubber chickens are sometimes used in Continuous Integration. The idea is that the person who is integrating takes the rubber chicken so that no one else uses it at the same time. But why a chicken? Isn’t there a risk that people will distrust agile if they see us playing with rubber chicken at work?
